Your Impact in the Classroom

Your day-to-day will involve

Leading small group interventions or providing 1:1 assistance to boost academic confidence.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
A background working with children (schools, nurseries, or community support).

Core Skills
GCSE Grade C (or 4/5) in English and Maths (or equivalent).

Mindset
A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a genuine love for helping children succeed.

Compliance
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one) and valid Right to Work in the UK.
