earlies/lates/alternate weekends and Waking Nights - must be able to work 4 waking nights a fortnight which would be Sat/Sun week 1, Mon/Weds week 2

FULL UK/EU Driving Licence is essential, as you will be required to drive Automatic Vehicles

About the role

You will be a key player in delivering essential, person-centered support to two gentlemen with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Must be willing to undertake British Sign Language qualification, along with health and social care qualifications.

Prior experience in Health & Social Care settings is essential. You should have a strong background in similar roles, equipped to foster independence and empower individuals to live fulfilling lives.

Your responsibilities will include

Personal Care

Assisting with daily hygiene and care routines.

Manual Handling

Ensuring safe and effective physical support.

Medication Administration

Managing and administering prescribed medications.

Household Tasks

Helping with daily chores to maintain a comfortable living environment
