Develop Outdoors CIC is recruiting a creative and engaging Post-16 Lead Tutor to deliver innovative alternative provision for young people transitioning into further education, employment, and independent adulthood.

This is not a traditional classroom role. We are seeking someone who can build positive relationships and deliver engaging, personalised learning through practical and active approaches.

£25 per hour | 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday) | Term-time only | East Sussex based
