What You'll Be Doing

Leading and evolving the school's SEN provision with vision and flair
Overseeing EHCPs, implementing evidence-based interventions, and ensuring compliance
Championing student progress by collaborating across teaching teams
Advising, coaching and upskilling support staff and teachers
Working in partnership with parents, external agencies, and governors for student success
Analysing data to drive strategic decisions and continuously raising standards
