What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and evolving the school's SEN provision with vision and flair
  • Overseeing EHCPs, implementing evidence-based interventions, and ensuring compliance
  • Championing student progress by collaborating across teaching teams
  • Advising, coaching and upskilling support staff and teachers
  • Working in partnership with parents, external agencies, and governors for student success
  • Analysing data to drive strategic decisions and continuously raising standards

  • UK-trained teacher with QTS and deep inclusion expertise
  • Holds (or is working toward) the National Award for SEN Coordination
