(Y)Our Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive Apprentice EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and
collaborative team. You will encourage our children to be unique, foster their curiosity and support them on a journey of
discovery enabling them to be inquisitive and confident learners.
Please note this is a fixed term contract until 22/07/2027.

As our Apprentice EYFS Teaching Assistant you’ll immerse yourself with our stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage and engage in
learning through creative play. The ability to sing in tune is not necessary; however, the ability to sing out of tune in front of
children is essential.
The Apprentice EYFS Teaching Assistant will work with other early years professionals to plan activities to encourage play and
sensory stimulation. You will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team of practitioners and teachers.
The ideal Apprentice EYFS Teaching Assistant will be someone who is
* A great communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Committed to helping develop an exciting and nurturing learning environment with indoor and outdoor activities
* Passionate about education and imaginative when planning for children's development
* Able to observe and plan activities for children in a small group
* Able to write accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests and stages of development of the child
