Helpdesk Extra Works Administrator
We are seeking an organized and proactive Helpdesk Extra Works Administrator for a temporary contract at a high-profile site in Bracknell. This role is pivotal in managing the lifecycle of extra works projects, from initial quotation through to completion and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Quotation Management
Prepare, review, and manage accurate quotations for extra works, ensuring competitiveness and timely submission.

Supply Chain Liaison
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to confirm scope of works, obtain pricing, and agree on delivery timescales.

Project Coordination
Schedule and monitor the progress of approved works, ensuring completion within agreed timelines.

Compliance & Safety
Manage "Authority-to-work" requirements, ensuring all documentation and approvals are in place before works commence.

Systems & Communication
Use the CAFM system to receive, log, and track works requests while providing regular status updates on costs, risks, and delays to stakeholders.

Record Keeping
Maintain meticulous records of all quotations, approvals, permits, and completed works in compliance with health and safety legislation.
Requirements

Experience
Proven background in administration, ideally within a helpdesk or facilities management environment.

Technical Skills
Proficient in the use of CAFM systems and standard office software (Excel/Outlook).

Soft Skills
Excellent proactive communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Analytical Ability
Strong attention to detail regarding pricing, documentation accuracy, and safety legislation.
