Full Time, Fixed-Term (1 June - 30 August 2026)

Applications are invited for the post of Summer Client Liaison Officer in the Commercial Services department.

Joining the Commercial Services team during the University’s busy and expanding summer period, this role plays a vital part in delivering an outstanding on‑campus experience for international summer clients. This post acts as the main point of contact for assigned language schools and group bookings, coordinating accommodation, catering, teaching spaces and support services across campus. You will work closely with multiple operational teams, take ownership of client relationships and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful delivery.

You will be educated to A‑level standard (including Maths and English) or equivalent, with proven experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Strong communication, planning and organisation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work calmly under pressure and work collaboratively with different teams.
