Recruitment Administrator

As a Recruitment Administrator, you are responsible for the onboarding and critical transition from "applicant" to "colleague." Working across the Isle of Wight NHS Trust and Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, you will ensure that every new starter is compliant, supported, and ready to contribute to patient care. You will work strictly to NHS Employment Check Standards, ensuring that safety and quality are maintained before a candidate commences their employment.
