We are seeking a reliable and supportive individual to assist a customer with establishing and maintaining independence and daily living skills.

Support required includes

  • Encouraging and accompanying him with exercise away from home (walks/gym)
  • Prompting with personal care, including the use of soap and deodorant during washing
  • Prompting and encouragement to tidy and clean the home
  • Support to engage in activities within the local community
  • Encouragement to maintain independence and follow a regular daily routine
  • Medication reminders to ensure medication is taken promptly
  • Support with shopping and preparing meals
  • Support with managing finances and building budgeting skills

This role would suit someone who is patient, encouraging, and committed to promoting independence while offering light prompting and practical support.
