A leading care provider is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee multiple Supported Living services. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The Role

You will be responsible for the leadership, compliance, performance, and day-to-day management of several Supported Living services, ensuring full CQC compliance while driving quality standards and service growth.

This role requires a visible, hands-on manager who leads from the front and can build strong, motivated teams across multiple locations.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a Registered Manager within CQC-regulated Supported Living services

Proven history of successfully managing multiple sites/services

Strong leadership and people management skills

Confident decision-maker with excellent organisational abilities

A proactive and present manager who supports teams operationally

Positive, can-do attitude with a solutions-focused approach

Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance

Passion for delivering outstanding care and achieving positive outcomes
