An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Cancer MDT Coordination team in a job-share capacity. We are seeking one or two skilled administrators to support our multi-disciplinary teams by meticulously tracking patient pathways and ensuring the accuracy of national cancer waiting times datasets and disease registration.
As a Coordinator, you are the backbone of the patient journey.
You will
Track every step of a suspected cancer pathway to ensure no patient is missed.
Prepare and facilitate treatment planning meetings (MDTs), including live-typing outcomes.
Escalate potential delays and ensure clinical information is shared securely with partner hospitals.
Navigate multiple clinical systems to maintain data integrity under tight weekly deadlines.

About You
We are looking for conscientious individuals with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to absorb complex clinical information. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with high-volume data entry. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you must be proactive in managing patients across all and any tumour sites.
