We want the right person to join our team. Is that you? As a Support Worker you will assist the people we support with varying needs. From supporting them to achieve the goals, learn new skills and maintain a happy and healthy lifestyle.

About the Role

We are looking for Support Workers who are friendly, fun, patient, and kind to join our team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you will help create opportunities for happiness and support people to live happy and independent lives.

This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference every day. You will support with personal care, including toileting and washing, as well as helping with outings such as day centres, appointments, and lunches out. The role also includes general housekeeping, cooking, and shopping.

Hours

We have both full-time and part-time roles available.

You will need to be flexible and able to work a range of shifts, including alternate weekends.

About You

We are looking for someone who is friendly, patient, and kind, with a positive approach to work. You should be able to work well as part of a team and communicate clearly with others. A can-do attitude and a genuine passion for supporting people are important for this role.

You must be flexible with shifts and hold a full UK driving licence.
