Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, Band 2 (AFC Aligned) £25,272 per annum (prorated), plus generous night-time enhancements

What we are looking for
Relevant experience providing care in a Health or Social Care Environment, including caring for patients at the end of life. Preferably NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them. Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans that meet the complex needs of the person, and those important to them. Emotional resilience and the capacity to work independently. A valid driving license and access to a car for travel to patient homes are required.
