The Role
In this position, you will be a cornerstone of the classroom, working hand-in-hand with teachers to foster an inclusive and vibrant learning space.
Your day-to-day will involve

Classroom Support
Delivering creative lessons alongside the Lead Teacher.

Targeted Intervention
Leading small group sessions or providing 1:1 support for pupils who need an extra boost.

SEN Support
Assisting children with Special Educational Needs to ensure they remain engaged and supported.

Resource Management
Helping to prepare teaching materials and maintaining an organised, positive environment.
