The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will be the backbone of the classroom, working in partnership with dedicated teachers to foster an inclusive, engaging, and thriving learning environment. Whether you are leading a small group or providing vital one-on-one support, your presence will be key to student success.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborative Teaching
Partner with class teachers to deliver vibrant and effective lessons.

Targeted Support
Provide 1
1 or small group interventions for pupils requiring additional guidance.

SEN Provision
Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring tailored care and inclusion.

Classroom Dynamics
Maintain a positive learning atmosphere through proactive behaviour management.

Resource Management
Organise and prepare essential teaching materials and classroom displays.

Support school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings.

Experience
Previous experience working with children (ideally in a primary school setting).

Qualifications
