The Role
Provide vital 1
1 and small group support to students with diverse Special Educational Needs. You'll help implement IEPs, adapt materials, and foster an inclusive learning space.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and understanding of safeguarding.
- Right to work in the UK.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., TA L2/3), experience with Makaton/PECS, or behaviour management.
