Dedicated, regular 1:1 coaching and mentoring sessions with amember of the Miltoncross Senior Leadership Team. This provides you with directoperational guidance, strategic advice and a supportive sounding board right here on-siteas you navigate your new responsibilities.

Trust-Wide Collaboration

Ongoing strategic and operational leadership support from acollection of experienced leaders across Kemnal.

Induction & Mentoring

A comprehensive, structured induction programme paired withregular mentoring and/or coaching from our Trust lead for Maths.

T&L and Pedagogy Support

Access to hands-on, direct support with teaching, learningand curriculum design from Kemnal’s subject specialists and Regional Directors.

Staff and students enjoy their days in excellent modern buildings with superb facilities. We are located on the West of Portsmouth and access is easy from the M27 or A27. Many staff commute easily from Southampton, Hampshire, Isle of Wight and West Sussex either by car or by public transport.
