Health Care Assistant Bladder and Bowel

To work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide health care, and support under the direction and supervision of qualified staff to patients living in the community. This includes assisting in the ongoing assessment and provision of care and reporting all changes in patient status to senior staff. The role also involves providing administrative support to the diabetes team. Please see JD and PS attached for more details.
