Key Responsibilities
Secure funding through Trusts and Foundations applications
Build strong relationships with major donors, members, and corporate supporters
Develop individual giving, digital fundraising, and legacy campaigns
Grow and manage membership schemes
Oversee fundraising events and donor stewardship activities
Maintain accurate fundraising data, reporting, and GDPR compliance
Support internal teams to embed fundraising across the organisation
Help shape sustainable future funding for Hat Fair and wider charity projects

The Person
To succeed as Fundraising Manager, you should have
At least 3 years’ charitable fundraising experience
A strong record of meeting income targets
Experience with trusts, foundations, donor relations, and corporate partnerships
Excellent communication and bid-writing skills
Financial confidence and strong organisational ability
Data management and GDPR knowledge
A genuine enthusiasm for arts, culture, and community impact
Experience in arts, cultural organisations, or Spektrix is advantageous.
