We are seeking to recruit a Cover Supervisor who will be able to provide regular cover for teaching staff in the event of
short-term absence.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively supervise classes across all year groups and departments. As well as
contribute to the maintenance of academy administration and having responsibility for learning areas beyond the classroom. The
Cover supervisor will Have high standards of expectation and deliver lively and engaging lessons from existing plans, responding
to pupils needs accordingly and in line with academy policy. Promote positive values and attitudes, managing the behaviour of
pupils under your supervision at all times in line with the behaviour policy. Provide a safe and nurturing environment for
students to learn. Undertake a range of duties to contribute to the effective operation of the academy when not undertaking cover
supervision.
