Required Skills & Experience
To be successful in this Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role, you will need to have previous nursery experience, a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, and a passion for working with children. You will also need to be energetic, committed, and able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of childcare principles.
