Please see the Job Description and Person Specification documents for further details, a summary is below: The role includes caseload management for cases identified by Childrens Services and Inclusion clients Working in partnership with childrens services and other key stakeholders Supporting families through substance use, providing specialist interventions such as motivational interviewing, CBT, solution focused brief treatment, Brief Interventions, Structured work, Risk Management, Safeguarding and Care Planning. The successful candidate will also be supporting the Inclusion Recovery site in Andover, offering support in home visits and providing advice and information around safeguarding and attending the MDT regularly to provide updates
