Why Choose Us?
We do things differently. We believe that a teacher's focus should be on their craft, not on paperwork.
-
Work-Life Harmony
We use meaningful measures to manage workload, including an early finish on Fridays, no graded observations, and sensible feedback policies that replace onerous marking.
-
Subject-First Pedagogy
We believe the subject should dictate how you teach. Our "front and centre" approach gives you the autonomy to lead with expertise.
-
Professional Growth
As a "Leading Edge" school, we are at the forefront of educational research. You will benefit from bespoke line management and career progression opportunities within a wider, nationally recognized Federation.
-
Culture of Consistency
We utilize firm but fair routines, allowing you to teach in a calm, focused environment where students are taught how to behave, not just told to.

As our new Teacher of Science, you will
-
Deliver a knowledge-rich curriculum that challenges students to see the world differently.
