About this role
Part-Qualified ACA / ACCA Accountant required for a friendly, independent accountancy practice. My client is seeking a motivated part-qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with at least 18 months’ practice experience to join the expanding team. You’ll work with a varied portfolio of SMEs and individuals, gaining hands-on experience across accounts, bookkeeping, VAT, tax returns and client support.
What you’ll need
ACA or ACCA studier
Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in practice
Strong communication and client skills
Experience with Xero plus knowledge of Sage & QuickBooks
Organised, accurate and able to meet deadlines
What you’ll do
Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships & limited companies
Bookkeeping & VAT returns
Personal tax returns
Support clients with day-to-day queries
Assist senior staff on client assignments
