About the teamThese posts will sit within the SETT Centre team and work to support data delivery projects for the Wessex SDE. The SETT Data & AI Research Unit is the data science arm of the hospital. The team develop data pipelines to extract clinical data (structured data, clinical letters, images, genomics) from clinical data systems for provision to the SDE. The team works closely with R&D to ensure that all data contracts, funding, governance and sponsorship is in place. The SETT Data & AI Research Unit is the data science arm of the hospital. UHS is host of the Wessex Secure Data Environment (SDE) part of a national programme aimed at maximising the use of NHS data providing safer, more secure, and faster access to different types of NHS data as well as ensure consistent standards and interoperability. Manage delivery of technical enablement and healthcare research projects, data marts and data pipelines Work with a range of stakeholders across Wessex to deliver data projects (NHS acute, community and GP data providers) liaising with clinical, technical and senior management teams.
