Are you passionate about shaping children's early experiences?
A friendly, established nursery is seeking a permanent Early Years Practitioner to join their growing team.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting children's social, emotional and cognitive development
- Planning small-group and individual activities
- Encouraging play-based learning and curiosity
- Maintaining accurate observations and developmental records
- Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
What you need
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (EYP/EYE, CACHE/NCFE/BTEC, or equivalent)
- Understanding of child development and safeguarding
- Patience, reliability and strong communication skills
Desirable experience
- Working with children with autism, ADHD or SEMH needs
- Managing challenging behaviour calmly and effectively
