We're recruiting a permanent Nursery Practitioner to help children thrive during their most important years.
Your responsibilities
- Delivering fun, learner-centred activities
- Assisting with observations and contributing to learning journeys
- Promoting children's independence and confidence
- Ensuring the environment meets safeguarding and health & safety standards
- Being a positive and approachable role model
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
- Understanding of EYFS
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
- A caring, enthusiastic approach
Advantageous experience
- Autism or ADHD support
- One-to-one early years intervention work
- Managing or redirecting challenging behaviours
