Are you a caring, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner ready for your next permanent role?
A warm and welcoming early years setting is looking for a dedicated practitioner to join their team full-time, supporting children aged 0-5 in a nurturing learning environment.
Your role
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities
- Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
- Building positive relationships with children and parents
- Supporting routines including snack time, toileting and outdoor play
- Contributing to observations, planning and assessments
- Working closely with the wider nursery team to deliver high-quality care
What we're looking for
- Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., Early Years Practitioner, Early Years Educator, CACHE/NCFE/BTEC equivalent)
- A genuine passion for early years education
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude
It's an advantage if you have experience with
- Autism, ADHD or additional needs
- Managing challenging behaviour
- Supporting speech and language development
