What You'll Be Doing

Empowering Individuals

Working 1

1 or with small groups to break down barriers to learning.

Problem Solving

Tailoring classroom materials to help students with SEND "click" with the curriculum.

Mentoring

Helping students manage their emotions and build the social confidence they need to thrive.

Collaborating

Working as a key part of a dedicated team to ensure no child is left behind.
