The Role
We are recruiting to the role of Recruitment Events Coordinator to join our pivotal UK recruitment team. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a tangible difference to the success of our UK recruitment activities as the team looks to target increasing our home student intake and maintain our competitive advantage in a fiercely competitive local market
Key responsibilities will include,
Leading on all PGCE activity, both online and on campus.
Requesting, coordinating and overseeing the Ambassadors at each PGCE event, as well as Academic staff involved in the day.
Liaising with key stakeholders, both internal and external to supply events with catering and signage. Supporting the delivery of all on campus recruitment activity within the Events Team.
The successful candidate will have skills and experience in:-
- Managing workloads successfully with experience in overseeing projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or events-based roles and the ability to work well both within and team, as well as independently.
