process sales orders, open and deal with post, answer the telephone, book in deliveries, work with Managing Director to coordinate information to staff, suppliers and customers, assist with managing implementation of new ERP system, assist with compliance with standards and health and safety routines and testing deadlines, monitor and maintain supplies of consumables for staff, take utility readings and upload at appropriate intervals, support production staff with their schedules.
