The Role
Project Manager Construction Oxfordshire

Consultancy Leadership
Provide expert technical advice and rigorous pre/post-contract management.

Demonstrate mastery over JCT and NEC contract suites to safeguard project commerciality.
Strategic Planning
Utilize Asta PowerProject or MS Project to maintain flawless project timelines.
Stakeholder Synergy
Act as the primary interface between high-profile clients, specialist contractors, and design teams.
Your Professional Profile
We are looking for a PM who is technically sharp, commercially aware, and ready for their next big step.
Consultancy Background
Roughly 4–6 years of post-qualification experience specifically within a UK Construction Consultancy.
Academic Foundation
A degree in a construction-related discipline is essential.
Professional Ambition
You are ideally MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM qualified, or you are currently being supported on the path to Chartership.
Technical Skillset
Proven expertise in design coordination, strategic procurement, and value engineering.
