Lymington Little Dolphins Preschool is looking for an exceptional, qualified professional to join our team as preschool manager.
We would love to hear from candidates who have the following qualities and experience
- A recognised Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Previous leadership or management experience within an Early Years Setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A warm, nurturing and enthusiastic approach to childcare
- The ability to inspire, support, and lead a dedicated team
- Experience working closely with children, families and outside agencies
- A passion for providing outstanding care and learning opportunities for every child
- Confidence in managing the day-to-day running of the preschool setting
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and well-being

What is on offer
- Contracted hours; Monday – Friday 8:00 – 15:15 plus 1 hour paperwork time per week (37.25 hours)
- Rates of pay based on experience and qualifications
- Term time only
- Initial 6 months’ probation period before becoming a permanent position
