As our 14-16 Freshstart Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting some of our most vulnerable learners, helping them re-engage with education and progress successfully into post-16 destinations.About the roleAs the 14-16 Freshstart Co-ordinator (& Safeguarding Lead), you will be the central point of contact for the pastoral, welfare and safeguarding needs of our 14-16 learners. You will coordinate the learner journey from enquiry and application through to enrolment, induction, progression and destination, working closely with schools, parents/carers, external agencies and internal curriculum teams.You will manage and monitor learner attendance, behaviour, achievement and progression, coordinate reporting processes, organise parent and school meetings, and provide high-quality administrative and pastoral support that enables learners to succeed. About youYou will be a confident, organised and proactive professional, with experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within education.
