The Opportunity We are partnering with a thriving day nursery in Crawley to recruit four dedicated Level 3 Practitioners for their growing team. This is a permanent opportunity to join a setting led by a hands-on owner who prioritises staff wellbeing and team stability. The nursery is currently evolving, offering a fresh chapter for an educator who wants to work in a supportive, professional environment where high-quality care is the standard.

Key Responsibilities

Early Years Delivery

Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities using a "Curiosity Approach" to foster engagement.

Key Person Duties

Acting as a Key Person for a small group, tracking developmental milestones, and setting weekly targets.

Communication

Building transparent, professional relationships with parents and carers via digital diaries (EY Log).

Environment

Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.

Inclusion

Utilising proactive behaviour management and supporting children with additional needs (SEN).

Requirements

Qualifications

Full and relevant UK Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE or NVQ).

Characteristics

A reflective, resilient, and creative practitioner who acts as a professional role model.

Compliance

Subject to an Enhanced DBS check, full CV history, and Right to Work in the UK.

Commute

Ideally based in or around Crawley; the setting is a 20-min walk from Three Bridges or Crawley Station.
