We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Year Group Manager to play a vital role in enhancing the learning environment of our school through outstanding pastoral care, with a particular focus on attendance, behaviour and student wellbeing. Working with a designated year group, you will monitor and communicate attendance and behaviour concerns, work closely with students and families to remove barriers to success and support improved outcomes. You will also support the Designated Safeguarding Lead with child protection matters, contribute to strategy discussions and multi-agency meetings and liaise with external agencies where required. This role requires someone who is highly organised, resilient and committed to ensuring every student feels safe, supported and able to thrive.

A key part of this exciting role is creating a strong sense of belonging for students by developing a rich programme of enrichment opportunities and experiences beyond the classroom. You will help foster a vibrant year group identity, ensuring students feel proud, connected and excited to be part of their school community. You will work closely with a dedicated Pastoral Support Manager and Raising Standards Leader, providing a strong network of support and collaboration. As the school continues to strengthen its pastoral provision, this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference to students through a clear focus on attendance, belonging and personal development.
