Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification GENERAL - Full management of the designated areas of PACU. - Support training and development both within the specialist area of responsibility and the theatre department. - Manage and lead a multidisciplinary team, members of which may change on a daily basis, ensuring high quality research based individualised patient care is maintained at all times. - Teach trained staff and students within the clinical area. - Implement local and national guidelines and recommendations, which relate to post-operative care. - Ensure identification and assessment of patients needs, assessing their requirements, planning and implementation of care, providing specialist advice on post-operative care.
