We are currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work across fantastic SEN primary and secondary schools in Aylesbury on a full-time basis (5 days per week).

Whether you have previous SEN school experience or a background in support work/care work, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

The Role

  • Supporting children and young people with additional needs

Working 1

1 and in small groups

  • Helping pupils build confidence, communication, and independence
  • Supporting with classroom activities and daily routines
  • Providing personal care where required

We're looking for someone who is

  • Caring, patient, and reliable
  • Comfortable working in SEN environments
  • Happy to support with personal care
  • Experienced in SEN, care, support work, youth work, or similar roles
  • Looking for long-term or permanent opportunities
  • Available Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
