Job Overview

Kenect Recruitment is currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Cleaners to support our client in Bury (BL9). This is a temporary assignment requiring cleaners from Wednesday to Friday. The role will focus primarily on deep cleaning stairwells, lobby areas, and communal spaces within a busy public-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out deep cleaning duties within stairwells, lobby areas, and communal areas
• Dusting, mopping, and cleaning staircases, handrails, and surrounding surfaces
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site
• Removing waste and ensuring all areas remain clean and presentable
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to the site supervisor
• Providing a professional presence within a public-facing environment

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and punctual
• Must wear a plain black or plain white t-shirt, dark trousers, and safety boots suitable for the working environment
• Hi-vis vest will be provided on site
