  • Has experience of developing their own expertise and skills, and that of those around them
  • Has strong organisational and ICT skills
  • Can lead with clarity, consistency and care in a fast-paced pastoral context
  • Is committed to maintaining high standards of behaviour, attendance, conduct and student wellbeing
  • May have subject expertise in English and the ability to teach PSHCE

What the school offers its staff
