What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed teachers to join our federation team from September 2026. We are particularly interested in hearing from teachers who are passionate about small-school education, inclusive practice and creating engaging learning experiences for children.
We know that excellent teachers come with different strengths and at different stages of their career, so we are open to considering a range of working patterns and responsibilities, including full time, part time and SEND leadership opportunities.
We are seeking an excellent classroom practitioner to join our team at Stockcross CE Primary School. This role would suit a teacher who is passionate about nurturing children within a small-school environment and who values strong relationships, creativity and collaboration.
The successful candidate will
