The people that we support at Mantell House value their independence and their ability to make their own decisions. They have a range of practical and emotional support needs.
Staff are responsible for administering medication, supporting individuals to attend medical and benefits-related appointments, and assisting them in understanding and responding to correspondence.
Additionally, staff support individuals to maintain a clean living environment, as well as assisting with shopping and meal preparation.
Some individuals require emotional support and there may be occasions where staff are involved in crisis management.
