Key Duties and Responsibilities
The post holder will work closely with a Community Pharmacy Clinical lead to implement the clinical element of programmes, together with the wider Training Hub.
Key responsibilities will be
To manage a range of programmes effectively, adapting where necessary and delivering on time, working with colleagues and key stakeholders to achieve this. To analyse national and local data, to identify trends and issues and present these findings to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with national local priorities and to inform programme design and decision making. To build strong relationships and collaborate with a range of stakeholders across Community Pharmacy, and the wider ICB to inform delivery of programmes. To understand the needs of Community Pharmacy and develop appropriate programmes to meet their specific needs in line with the specification. To set up and coordinate project or task and finish groups as appropriate. To identify and track relevant metrics to demonstrate the impact of the project. To link with local and regional partner organisations, including the Integrated Care Board, Local Pharmaceutical Council and the wider healthcare system. To undertake national and local benchmarking within project to ensure delivery of best practice. To monitor and report on programmes performance, risks and outcomes. To be responsible for overseeing and tracking the relevant budget. To liaise with comms regarding marketing, or communications and develop promotional materials where required. To work flexibly to ensure the project is delivered, which may include onsite visits, or flexible hours as appropriate, for example school events. To work with the wider Training Hub to identify barriers to engagement and develop appropriate workforce initiatives. Adhere to organisational, local and national TH guidelines. You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties, as directed by your line manager.
