Community Healthcare Support Worker

About this role

We are actively recruiting Healthcare Community Support Workers to join our Urgent Response and Hospital at Home service, with vacancies across Eastleigh, Southampton, and Lymington.

Our Urgent Response and Hospital at Home service provides rapid, short-term care in patients' own homes, helping to avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, support earlier discharge from hospital, and manage acute episodes safely in the community.

This is an excellent opportunity if you are

* An experienced HCA, support worker, or carer

* Looking to move into an NHS community role

* Seeking a role with variety, autonomy and opportunities for learning and development

You will work as part of a friendly, experienced multidisciplinary team including nurses, therapists, paramedics, and doctors. The service runs from 8am to 8pm and we ask for a maximum of 2 weekends a month. Due the nature of this role, you will need a current driving license and access to a vehicle.
