About this role
Key result areas and responsibilities Act as lead when working with external agencies such as Think Associates Analysis of data compliance, spotting trends in complex data, raising awareness to mitigate risks Working with Trust platforms to collate and coordinate reports of staff compliance data Production of regular written reports from extracted raw data, with attention to accuracy. Using advanced data manipulation through keyboard skills with guidance from the Education and Training Manager. Daily requirement in using computer software such as Excel to develop and create statistical reports, using Excel formatting to produce compliance rates broken down into services, geographical areas and as an overall Trust to identify areas requiring improvement and assistance. Presenting data at Trust forums to highlight developments and progress towards Trust breakthrough objectives. Work with SMEs as a system lead to develop Trust approved training programmes onto the Trust MyLearning Totara LMS system. Able to use different software and web technology to develop reporting methods and robust training practices which impact wider Trust activities. Supporting the system upgrades for ongoing development and improvement Supporting Trust services in accessing stored compliance data where the need for accuracy is important Support the delivery of MyLearning workshops through one-to-one instruction or as a group delivery to promote system accessibility. Monitoring of training materials such as stationery, flip charts and user guides to support training delivery.
