Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Leader, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following
1. Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
2. Assist guests with their orders, answer questions, and provide recommendations.
3. Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to food safety standards.
4. Monitor and oversee the performance of the customer service team.
5. Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
6. Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork and a high level of service.
Training and Development Plan

Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for the Customer Experience Leader role, candidates should possess the following
1. A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Availability for a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
5. A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow.
