Full-time (37.5 hours per week)Join our supportive team at Trinity Court Flats, providing independent living in self-contained homes for adults with learning disabilities. We work together to create a respectful, inclusive environment where every person feels understood, valued and empowered to live confidently.The RoleAs a Care Assistant, you will empower the people we support to live as independently as possible, building positive relationships and offering the right level of support to promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include
Supporting the safe administration of medicationProviding personal care with sensitivity and respectEncouraging life skills such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgetingSupporting access to local amenities and community activitiesPromoting independence and supporting individuals to achieve their goalsWorking in line with individual support plans and risk assessments
Shifts
Varied shifts between 7am-10pm on a 4-week rota. Includes alternate weekends.About YouNo experience needed - full training and qualifications provided.
