We are opening a Brand-new service in Redhill July 2026, the service will be supporting young adults with a range of needs including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs as well as some medical needs.
You will be part of a team to deliver a responsive, person centred and flexible support service to enable the people we support to build independence and live the life they want and help them to work towards their goals, aspirations and dreams. You will also promote a psychologically and physically safe, fair and respectful working environment, using people strengths and creating a shared purpose so they can live their “gloriously ordinary” life.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and caring support staff - Day & Night Vacancies are available, supporting young adults 18+ with learning disabilities and autism. The individuals within the service may have complex needs and have experienced trauma and may display behaviours that can challenge.
the ideal candidate will be resilient, kind and caring. someone who can foster a nurturing environment where individuals can feel safe and recover, learn new skills and build positive relationships, return to education and develop skill for employment. You must have good communication skills and be confident working with mental health needs (depression, anxiety). as well as strong familiarity with social media, relationships and drug or substance misuse.
