About this role
The CIT Administration Lead oversees administrative systems that support childrens therapy pathways from referral through to discharge, ensuring tasks are coordinated effectively and information is accurate and timely. The role supports managers through meeting coordination and contributes to operational areas such as financial administration, procurement, health and safety and liaison with estates and corporate services. The postholder plays a key role in maintaining highquality administrative support that directly impacts patient experience and service efficiency. The postholder will bring strong administrative experience within a healthcare environment, supported by advanced IT skills and confidence using electronic patient record systems and Microsoft Office applications. They will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively with a wide range of staff. The role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience supervising staff and contributing to positive team working. The ideal candidate will demonstrate good numerical and analytical ability, a solutionfocused approach to problemsolving, and an understanding of how effective systems and processes support service delivery. Knowledge of SEND services and the Education, Health and Care Needs Assessment process would be an advantage.
