Continuity of Care

Lead high-quality handovers, ensuring that critical information flows effectively between shifts.

Mentorship

Act as a role model and a leader for the Support Worker team, providing coaching, guidance, and supervision.

Recovery Focus

Support clients in managing daily routines, therapeutic activities, and recovery plans, helping them maintain an abstinent and independent lifestyle.

Operational Excellence

Assist with clinical duties including assessments, medication prompting, and auditing to maintain CQC compliance.

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or a committed willingness to work towards it).

Proven experience in risk assessment and management within a care setting.

Strong emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and maintain professional boundaries.
